The JERP-Program (Job Employment Retention Program) is a multifaceted Project designed to with employment-related needs for both the newcomer, as well as the non-newcomer. Blacks, as visible minorities faces barrier in employment security as well as retention, and as such, we have come up with means of ameliorating this barrier via the conduit of the new public management through:

  • Resume Building
  • Job search
  • Interviewing Techniques (mock interviews)
  • Piercing the Black Language Cultural, Language and stereo-type barrier.
  • Job Retention
  • Follow Ups with our Clients as well as the employer

This project requires funding.
